Himalayan Yog Ashram is an established and refurbished yoga school in Rishikesh with over 18 years of operation under the lineage of Yogi Ram (E-RYT 500). The school offers authentic and holistic Yoga Teacher Training Courses (100 / 200 / 300-hour) in English (and annually in Italian), combining Hatha yoga (its roots), Vinyasa, Yin, as well as meditation, pranayama, Ayurveda, and Yoga Nidra. Smaller batch sizes ensure personal attention. In addition to TTCs, they run retreats, ashram stays, and detoxification & wellness programs throughout the year.
