Phool Chatti Ashram is one of India’s oldest ashrams (established ~1885) and a deeply authentic retreat near Rishikesh, set right beside the sacred Ganges in the Himalayan foothills. With over 140 years of serving spiritual seekers and more than 14,000 past students, it offers peaceful yoga & meditation retreats for beginners and intermediate levels. You’ll get an ashram-life experience with yoga (Hatha & Ashtanga), pranayama, meditation, mantra, chanting, nature walks, ceremonies by the river, and a chance to live simply yet meaningfully. The environment is natural, tranquil, clean, and dedicated to helping you find clarity and inner peace.
