The Beatles Ashram  officially known as Chaurasi Kutia, is a famous spiritual and cultural landmark in Rishikesh. Located on the eastern bank of the Ganges amidst the Himalayan foothills, this ashram gained worldwide fame after The Beatles stayed here in 1968 to learn Transcendental Meditation under Maharishi Mahesh Yogi. Today, it is part of the Rajaji Tiger Reserve and attracts visitors for its blend of spirituality, history, meditation spaces, and vibrant street-art murals inspired by The Beatles. The ashram offers a serene environment for walking, meditation, photography, and exploring the legacy of yoga, music, and art.
